Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.
Perishable items like opened coffee bags are not eligible for return unless there is an issue with the product.
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you and process a full refund to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the transaction to reflect.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
